Skateboard Magazine Product Review 187 Pro Knee Pads

Posted on 15 February 2008

I went and bought a pair of “187 Pro Knee Pads”. Wow! These 187 pads are the best I have ever owned. They fit perfectly tight and have never slipped. The 187 Pro Knee Pads wrap high up my leg and over the knee so there is no way for the pads to slip down. I highly recommend them!!

I bought a set of TSG Force III knee pads in August, they were primarily used for vert and transition skating. I routinely had to adjust and re-adjust the TSG pads all day. I have numerous abrasions where the pads slid down during a bail out and my knees got scraped. Recently, the left knee pad literally split open down the side during a bail out and my bare knee smashed onto the concrete, ouch!! I notified the manufacturer who wanted me to send them a couple of pictures of the damage. I sent the pics, but they never responded. I even emailed them twice and still no response.
