The Double Seat Grab Backflip may be one of the most impressive in all Freestyle Motocross (FMX) tricks, and comes in multiple variations. In this trick, you lift your body off your bike, holding yourself parallel to the seat as you fly through the air upside down. The Double Seat Grab Backflip, when mastered, will have the crowd and judges talking.
