CONVERSE CONS METRIC CLS MAKES ITS DEBUT

Featured

When it comes to skateboarding, the desire to maintain an uncompromising board feel takes rank above anything else. This season marks the introduction of the Converse Cons CLS innovation platform with the launch of the Converse Cons Metric CLS sneaker.

Built for skateboarding, the CLS (comfort, lightweight, stability) platform provides technology that offers vulcanized board feel but still gives the stability and comfort of a cup-sole. An integrated outsole and midsole construction reduce the weight and bulk of the sneaker, while improving stability that keeps skaters feeling right at home on the board. A dual density injected phylon midsole allows for additional comfort and impact protection that is needed in a performance skateboarding sneaker.

Other features on the Metric include a ventilated mesh tongue for breathability, as well as a Cons traction rubber outsole with a directional tread pattern for improved grip. Colors offered are Thunder, Black and White.

The new Converse Cons Metric CLS will be available starting Thursday, January 28 at Converse retail stores, Converse.com and independent skateboarding shops for a suggested price of $90 USD.
