360fly, Inc., maker of the category-leading single-lens camera that captures stitchless 360-degree video, today announced a strategic partnership with Livit, the world’s first mobile live virtual reality platform. Together, the two companies are offering the first mainstream live streaming platform and tools for mobile virtual reality.

Available now, users can sync their 360fly camera with the free Livit iOS or Android mobile app to live stream real-time, uncropped videos to networks around the world. With a 4G signal and a 360fly camera, users can live stream their mountain bike ride, kid’s soccer game, or business presentation to anyone who can not be there with them. The 360fly HD camera is available now at Best Buy for $399, while the new 360fly 4K camera will launch in April for $499.

Users can view the Livit 360-degree video via their mobile devices. To experience the real-time streaming in mobile virtual reality, users can pair their mobile devices with a VR Viewer such as Google Cardboards.
